Life Sping, LLC (“LS”), can assist and advise other agents with obtaining top commission contracts with life insurance companies.  We can also assist in structuring life policies in a unique way that may be profitable for the family of the insured or used as an investment vehicle.  Life Insurance is a safe and uncorrelated way to realize absolute returns, if utilized and structured properly.   

Who We Are

Established in 2005, Life Spring, LLC primarily acts as a BGA for many Life Insurance companies.   Our company’s primary mission is to assist clients in achieving safe, uncorrelated, returns utilizing physical life insurance as investments.  Our other focal areas are in Wealth Transfer, Estate Planning, International Life Insurance, and Charitable Life.  We market ourselves primarily through a network of licensed professionals (insurance agents, estate attorneys, CPAs, etc).  The majority of our business is referral based, which is built on our reputation in the industry as a firm that has established relationships with insurance companies and their representitives.  This gives us an edge when it comes to underwriting and table shaving.  Our geographical areas are not limited due to recent technological advances and the uniqueness of our industry.  We currently hold business and insurance licenses in many states throughout the country.
